Summer Day Camp
$895 CAD per week *
For ages 3-19.
(Young children must be potty-trained.)

Please note: Pick-up and Drop-off locations are communicated to parents the day before, as locations will depend on which activities are planned for the day and activities are scheduled around the weather forecast.
Drop-In Day Camp
$199 CAD per day *
For Single Day Drop-in Registration, please use the above link to fill out a request form for each camper, indicating which date(s) you are requesting attendance. You will receive a follow-up e-mail from our office with an invoice and credit card payment link.

NOT INCLUDED
Weekly activities include biking. Kids are encouraged to bring their own bikes or they can rent one from us. Rental includes helmet and bike. Drop-in campers who attend on days when biking is part of the itinerary will also need to rent or bring their own bikes. Cost is $98 CAD* for the week or for a drop-in day.

T-Shirt

The camp t-shirt is mandatory for all camp excursions and adventures. Campers may use their own clothes the rest of the time.
Ziplining or Aerial Obstacle Course
$275 CAD per session, per activity
These optional activities are amazing experiences for those who love adrenaline packed adventures.
Note: There are height/weight requirements for these activities.
Ziplining (min. 6 years-old and 60lbs.)
Aerial Park (For Full course - minimum of 5'11" (180cm) reach)
White Water Rafting
$275 CAD per session
This optional activity day is an amazing experience for those who love adrenaline packed adventures.
Note: There is a weight requirement for this activity. Minimum weight for medium and low water is 80lbs and minimum weight for high water is 90lbs.
Extended Day for Day Campers
$35 CAD/day
$150 CAD/week
Extend the day to 4PM pick-up
(instead of 3PM).
Overnight Tent Camping for Day Campers
$245 CAD
If there is an Overnight camp session that week, join overnight campers for 1-night camping (Thursday)
Sleeping Bag
$58 CAD
Rental available for overnight camping night (only offered during the weeks when there is also an overnight camp).
Payments & Registration
A 50% registration fee is required to secure your child’s place for our Whistler Day Camps.
Remaining balance: payments to be received by May 31st, 2027 latest.
Payment plan available till April 30, 2027. Registration after April 30, 2027 will require full payment.
Method of payment can be by:
• Direct deposits to our CIBC bank account.
• Payable by Visa or Mastercard (3% service fee for credit cards).
• International wire transfers – $25 fee.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
We strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance to provide reimbursement in the event your child is unable to attend. This insurance should be purchased at about the same time as enrolment. The insurance should specifically cover summer camp and outdoor adventure programmes: Allianz, Trav Mark, Travel Guard International, and InsureMyTrip.com are a few reputable providers families have used in the past.
We do NOT issue refunds for cancellation. If trip cancellation insurance was not purchased, credit may be issued for future
camps (for use within 1 year).
